Available Positions:
1. Quality Manager – High-Rise Buildings & MEP Works
- Location: Gujarat
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for QA/QC activities in high-rise building projects and MEP works.
- Develop and implement PQP, ITP, QAP, Method Statements and quality procedures.
- Monitor the quality of RCC, structural, architectural and finishing works.
- Coordinate quality inspections for MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, IS Codes and project standards.
- Review MIR, WIR, inspection reports, test reports and material approvals.
- Manage NCRs, observations and CAPA, and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct site quality inspections, audits and surveillance.
- Coordinate with Client, PMC, Consultants, Contractors and MEP agencies.
- Monitor testing and commissioning and prepare quality/handover documentation.
- Lead and guide the QA/QC team and ensure project quality requirements are achieved.
2. Senior Civil Engineer – High-Rise Buildings
- Location: Gujarat
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in high-rise building construction.
- Execute and monitor RCC and structural works.
- Oversee architectural and finishing works.
- Handle site execution, planning and resource management.
- Review drawings, specifications and method statements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and the site team.
- Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of projects.
