Job Details:
- Position: Assistant General Manager/Senior Manager – Compensation & Benefits
- Location: Gurugram
- Experience Required: 12+ Years
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Total Rewards Strategy: Drive the total rewards strategy, including market benchmarking, merit increase, and variable pay components such as STI and LTI for diverse job profiles.
- Compensation & Benefits Initiatives: Collaborate with stakeholders to align and implement fair compensation and benefits initiatives as per organizational goals.
- Performance Management: Facilitate goal setting and performance reviews across levels, ensuring mutual understanding of identified gaps and improvement plans.
- Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to recommend adjustments to base pay, incentives, and benefits offerings.
- Payroll Auditing: Design flexible benefits programs, equitable pay practices, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Prepare MIS, band/grade-wise costing, and MW variance reports (actual vs. budgeted). Liaise with vendors, such as car lease vendors and NPS providers.
- Employee Communication: Develop communication strategies to effectively educate employees on the value of compensation packages.
- HR Shared Services Management: Manage HR shared services and related helpdesk operations.
Skill Set Required:
- Expertise in total rewards strategy
- Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking
- Ability to track manpower cost and ensure closure within budget
- Proficiency in performance management and payroll auditing
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
