Open Positions:
1. Civil Engineer / Project Engineer
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil)
Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in building construction works.
- Preferred: Experience in State Govt / PSU projects.
- Skills: Proficient in Billing, MS Office, and knowledge of Schedule of Rates (SOR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Allocate work, plan resources, and manage materials.
- Estimate quantities as per SOR/BOQ.
- Handle project billing and subcontractor bills.
- Prepare reports and manage documentation.
2. Senior Supervisor / Foreman
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil or related field.
- Experience: 15-20 years in building construction, shuttering, and structural works of large-scale multistorey projects.
