| Position | Experience | Requirements |

| Dowhole Surveyor/Tracker | Minimum 5 years | Proficiency in Mag / Digitrak use for Long Length Crossings |
| HDD Rig Operator | Minimum 5 years | Hands-on experience with Maxi Rig (150 Tons ++) operation |
| Project Manager | Minimum 10 years | Proven track record in managing Long HDD crossings projects |
| HDD Site Supervisor | Minimum 2 years | Prior experience in overseeing HDD Equipment and Labour Teams |
| Electricians and Mechanics | – | Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, specifically Engines/Pumps |
