1. Deputy Project Manager (DPM) – Structure
- Experience: 7 to 10 Years
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
- CTC: Up to ₹80,000 per month
- Key Exposure:
- RCC structures
- Bridges / Culverts
- Execution planning
- Coordination with site teams and department officials
2. QA/QC Material Engineer
- Experience: 5 to 7 Years
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
- CTC: Up to ₹50,000 per month
- Key Exposure:
- Material testing
- QA/QC documentation
- Compliance with PWD specifications
3. Surveyor
- Experience: 5 to 7 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI (Survey) or equivalent
- CTC: Up to ₹40,000 per month
- Key Exposure:
- Total Station
- Leveling & alignment
