Key Roles & Responsibilities
Tendering & Rate Analysis
- Detailed tender analysis and rate analysis
- Preparation of tenders and approval of estimates
- Handling correspondence related to tender disputed items
Market & Cost Analysis
- Collecting and comparing material and labour rates
- Coordination with local genuine vendors and suppliers
- Ensuring competitive and realistic costing
Execution & Agreement Documentation
- Checking and initiation of execution agreements
- Verification of work requisition letters endorsed by competent authorities
- Ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
Estimation & BOQ
- Preparation of detailed estimates
- Typed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per approved tenders
- Rate analysis duly reviewed and signed
Technical & Commercial Documentation
- Site plans and drawings
- Supporting documents such as:
- Rate analysis
- Quotations
- Price lists
- Technical approvals
Billing & RA Bills
- Generating RA bills as per allotted billing cycles
- Billing based on actual project progress
- Preparation of universal billing formats for multiple sites
- Submission of complete billing sets including:
- Covering letter
- Checked measurement sheets
- Abstract sheets & invoices
- JMR
- Completed work statements
- Stage-wise progress and delay statements
Resource & Cost Control
- Managing project resources to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Supporting commercial control and financial discipline at site level
