- Qualification/Experience: First Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal) as per CMR 2017.

- Qualification/Experience: Second Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal) as per CMR 2017.

- Qualification/Experience: Mining Sirdar certificate as per CMR 2017.

- Qualification/Experience: Electrical Cum Mechanical Engineer.

7. Senior/Junior Civil Engineer

- Qualification/Experience: B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 5-18 years of experience in Projects, Inspection, Coordination & Execution in Steel Plants.

8. Manager-Finance & Banking
- Age: Up to 30 years
- Qualification/Experience: CA.
- Experience: 4-9 years

9. Accountant
- Age: Up to 30 years
- Qualification/Experience: B.Com with Tally/ERP.
- Experience: 4-8 years

10. Sr. Commercial Manager
- Age: Up to 40 years
- Qualification/Experience: B.Com, experience in Steel Plant commercial activities.
- Experience: 10-15 years

11. Field Supervisor

- Experience: 5-11 years in raw material, coal, logistics, commercial activities in Steel Plant.

12. Sr. V.P/V.P.

- Qualification/Experience: B.Tech in Mech. Engg.
- Experience: 22-28 years in Projects & Operational experience in integrated Steel Plants as overall head.
