Job Title: Associate/Process Incharge
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
1. Department: Production (Parenteral/Injectable exposure only)
Post Name: Process Incharge
Qualification & Experience (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharm./M.Pharm.):
- Ensure timely documentation of production and check batch records on a day-to-day basis.
- Carry out the manufacturing process and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Check in-process control parameters through designed documents.
- Ensure cleanliness and environmental norms of various areas, including airlocks.
- Maintain cleaning and disinfection of floor, ceiling, wall, and equipment.
- Ensure one material is dispensed at a time to avoid mix-ups.
Qualification & Experience (ITI/Diploma):
- Monitor temperature/humidity of clean rooms and report deviations to Engineering.
- Ensure cleaning and disinfection of various areas as per frequency defined.
- Maintain cleanliness of airlocks after worker entry and exit.
- Regularly clean and lubricate machines to ensure smooth operation.
2. Department: Packing (Parenteral/Injectable exposure only)
Post Name: Process Incharge
Qualification & Experience (Diploma/B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharm.):
- Check availability of packing material with proper labels and status.
- Ensure labels and cartons are not mixed up.
- Ensure packing activity starts only after line clearance.
- Verify and record rejection generated during packing.
Qualification & Experience (ITI/Diploma PassOut):
- Maintain machines through regular cleaning and lubrication.
- Start machines within specified time periods and perform tests.
- Follow SOP during entry/exit from the bag packing area.
- Supervise packing activities online at defined intervals.
3. Department: Plant Maintenance (Parenteral/Injectable exposure preferred)
Post Name: Process Incharge
Qualification & Experience (B.E./B.Tech./M.E. – Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation):
- Prepare monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedule.
- Verify received spares and observe PM activities.
Post Name: Associate
Qualification & Experience (Diploma/ITI – Fitter/Electrical/Welder/Instrumentation):
- Operate and maintain Water System equipment.
- Maintain operation logbooks as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Escort supplier/service provider personnel for maintenance.
- Follow safety precautions during maintenance.
