Stipend & Benefits:
- Stipend: Rs. 13,500/- per month + Rs. 1,200/- (Attendance incentive)
- Total In-hand: Rs. 14,700/- per month
- No PF & ESI deduction
- Working hours: 8 hours per day
- Overtime: As per plant policy
- Accommodation: Free (JBM Stuff quarter)
- Fooding: Free (At one time)
- Transportation: Free (Company Buses)
- Tea & Snacks: Free during duty time
- Holidays: Industrial holidays are applicable, Sundays are normal holidays
- Salary disbursement: Direct into bank account
