Position: Contract Engineer

Job Location: Head Office, Gurugram

Qualifications:

• Full-time BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering
• PGP from NICMAR
• 01 to 02 years of experience in NH Contract management

Salary Package: Up to 09 LPA

Required Skills:

• Ability to analyze project scope, specifications, contract obligations, and milestones
• Monitor contract performance and compliance
• Proactively identify and address deviations, modifications, or scope changes
• Prepare and draft various contractual letters and claims
• Dispute resolution and issue management
• Collaborate with legal teams and project stakeholders for acceptable solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
