Open Positions & Experience Requirements
Area In-charge
- Experience: 10–15 Years
Shift In-charge
- Experience: 8–10 Years
Shift Engineer
- Experience: 5–8 Years
Mill Experience Required
Candidates should have hands-on working experience in one or more of the following:
- Cold Rolling Mill (CRM)
- Wire Rod Mill (WRM)
- CSP Mill
- Tube Mill
Preferred: Experience in 1.2 MTPA capacity plants
Qualification Criteria
- B.Tech or Diploma in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Production Engineering
- Electrical Engineering

My name is Shahbaz Ali, I am from Uttar Pradesh, and I completed my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in 2014.
I have over 10 years of experience in production, fabrication, and execution of railway wagons and storage tank projects.
I have worked as a Mechanical / Production Engineer, handling manpower and material planning, welding supervision, fit-up, NDT inspection, hydro testing, and coordination with QA/QC and TPI teams.
Recently, I worked as a Mechanical Engineer – Executive on storage tank fabrication and erection, where I supervised site activities and ensured safety, quality, and timely completion of work.
I am now looking for an opportunity where I can contribute my hands-on production and tank execution experience and grow with the organization.
