1. Project Manager – Blast Furnace Execution
- Job Code: BF-PM
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: More than 20 years in Project Management, Resource Management, and Contract Management in Construction Companies, with a minimum of 10 years in steel sector projects.
2. Construction Manager – Blast Furnace Execution
- Job Code: BF-CM
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 15 to 20 years in Planning, Execution, and Resource Management in Construction Companies, with at least 10 years in steel sector projects.
3. Planning Manager
- Job Code: BF-PLM
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 15 to 20 years in Project Scheduling, Monitoring, Billing, Reconciliation of Materials, Contract Management in steel sector projects, preferably with 10 years in Blast Furnace projects. Knowledge of Primavera (P6) is mandatory.
4. Construction Manager – Piping
- Job Code: P-CM
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 15 to 20 years in Planning, Execution of Structural and Equipment Erection Works, and Resource Management in Construction Companies. Preferably with experience in Steel or Oil & Gas sector projects.
5. QA/QC Manager
- Job Code: QCM
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 15 to 20 years in Quality Control, Mechanical Fabrication, and Erection Works in Construction Companies. Certifications in ASNT NDT Level-II in RT, UT, PT, MPT, and VT, CWWIP-3.1, NACE-Level-1, IMS Internal Auditor, or Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 QMS will be an added advantage.
6. HSE Manager
- Job Code: HSEM
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: More than 15 to 20 years in Construction Companies. A PG Diploma in Industrial Safety, OHSA/NEBOSH general certificate, and Certified Auditor for ISO 14001: 2015 & ISO 45001: 2018 will be an added advantage.
