   1) Daily basis Properly Site Execution ,Supervision & monitoring regarding –

   all type activities from Sub – structure to Super Structure.

   Check the work is correctly carried out in accordance to IFC drawings & as per project specification.

   2) I know how to prepare Shop Drawing & 2D Plan in AutoCAD.

   3 ) I know BBS.

   4) I verify & confirm the availability of IFC drawing, Manpower, equipment, construction materials , hand &

   power tools at site store whatever as per project specification .

   5 ) Prepare weekly go ahead plan as per site priority & schedule of work.

   And give clear directions & guidance to the Supervisor / Foreman as to what needs to done to avoid any mistake and repetitive work.

   6) One day before prepare daily work allocation sheet & distribute to Supervisor, Foreman,

   7) Manpower, Materials, Equipments Arangement, properly utilize , mobilization as per site priority.

   8) Provide quantitative data for producing week progress reports.

   9) Attend in weekly meeting with senior management & Clients.

   10) As per site priority I follow up & create pressure to direct manpower groups for better progress.

   11) Promote safe work practices & environmental protection ensuring the safety standards are respected.

   12) Monitoring all activities & mobilization as per site priority &

   schedule of works for getting good quality & zero defects towards achieving targets.
