Job Title: Turner, Fitter, Site Technician
No. of Vacancies: 15-20 positions
Work Type: Fieldwork (Pan India basis)
Qualification:
- 12th + ITI Pass out
Experience: 2-3 years of experience
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
Gender: Male Only
Salary & Benefits:
- Rs. 500/- per day
- Allowance
- Travelling expenses for site visits
Requirements:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatch workflow to schedule.
- Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes.
- Operate vehicles in a safe manner and use field automation systems.
- Follow all company’s field procedures and protocols.
- Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Required Skills:
- Proven Field Service experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
- English literacy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
- Technical degree or certification.
