Salary and Benefits:
Motherson:
- 10th/12th Pass: Rs. 15,000/- per month
- ITI Pass: Rs. 16,000/- per month
- Attendance Bonus: Rs. 500/-
- Overtime: Rs. 95/- per hour
Highly:
- ITI Pass (Any Trade): Rs. 13,500/- per month
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: Rs. 17,800/- per month
- Performance Bonus (After 03 Months): Rs. 4,750/-
- Overtime: Rs. 113/- per hour
Qualification:
Motherson:
- 10th/12th Pass or
- ITI Pass
Highly:
- ITI Pass (Any Trade)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
