2	Qualification: B tech (Civil/Mech), Masters/Dip (CEM) Should have good planning exp. in Chemical or Bio science labs/ R&D labs / Pharma projects
3	Qualification: B tech (Civil/Mech/Elec) Experience in procurement management and QS/Billing especially on pharma / R & D Lab or similar projects
4	Qualification: B tech/M tech (Civil) Sound exp. in managing execution of projects from start to end in Hospitality/Commercial sector with high end finishing types.
5	Qualification: B tech (Civil), Should have planning exp. in Hospitality/Commercial projects
6	Qualification: B tech/M tech (Mech) Project Manager 10-12 years P321 Experienced in cold storages or similar conditioned spaces is required. Should have understanding of quality assurance during site execution.
