1. Document Controller

• Experience: 5–7 Years
• Location: Bengaluru
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent
• Experience Required: 5–6 years in document control, preferably in infrastructure projects
• Software: ACC, ProjectWise and Aconex
• Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Key Responsibilities: Document control systems, revision tracking, document distribution, EDMS management, audits and project documentation

2. Engineer – Roads

• Experience: 3–5 Years
• Location: Bengaluru
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience: Roads engineering, design or maintenance
• Key Skills: Road design, analysis, rehabilitation, CAD, quality assurance and road safety
• Preferred: Master’s degree and experience with asset management systems
• Additional Exposure: Drainage, geotechnical engineering, road safety audits and emergency repair management

3. Assistant Engineer – Bridges

• Experience: Fresher
• Location: Bengaluru
• Qualification: Engineering background as relevant to bridge engineering
• Skills: Bridge design fundamentals, structural analysis and technical drawings
• Software: AutoCAD, STAAD Pro or equivalent tools
• Additional Knowledge: Indian bridge codes and standards (IRC)
• Preferred: Bridge maintenance, rehabilitation, BIM and field construction exposure

4. Project Coordinator

• Experience: 3–5 Years
• Location: Bengaluru
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
• Key Responsibilities: Project coordination, documentation, timelines, resource allocation, review meetings and progress monitoring
• Preferred: Middle East project experience and Oracle Project Management Tool
• Additional Skills: Design software, project management methodologies and stakeholder coordination

5. Senior BIM Coordinator – Structures

• Experience: 5–7 Years
• Location: Bengaluru
• Experience Required: 5+ years in BIM coordination, structural engineering or related roles
• Software: Autodesk Revit Structure and Navisworks
• Expertise: Structural BIM modelling, clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
• Knowledge: BIM standards, ISO 19650, structural engineering principles and construction practices
• Key Responsibilities: BIM model management, coordination meetings, quality reviews, technical documentation and mentoring junior BIM professionals
