Eversendai is inviting applications from young and talented Civil Engineering freshers for the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee – Project Operations.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates who have recently completed their engineering or construction management degree and want to start their career in the construction and project management industry.
Selected candidates will gain practical exposure to high-rise construction projects, including project operations, site execution, planning, quantity surveying, BBS, rebar quantity management, QA/QC, structural works, formwork, concreting, finishing and project coordination.

Role & Project Exposure
Graduate Engineer Trainees will receive hands-on exposure to various aspects of construction project execution and management, including:
- Project Operations and Site Execution
- Planning and Project Coordination
- Quantity Surveying (QS)
- BBS and Rebar Quantity Management
- QA/QC and Quality Documentation
- Structural Works
- Reinforcement Works
- Formwork
- Concreting
- Finishing Works
- Construction Drawings
- Site Measurements
- Progress Monitoring
- Project Documentation
- Coordination with Site Engineers
- Coordination with Subcontractors
- Coordination with Project Teams
Candidates will work closely with Planning, QS, BBS, QA/QC and Project Operations teams, gaining practical exposure to end-to-end high-rise construction projects.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Graduate Engineer Trainee position should meet the following requirements:
- B.E. in Civil Engineering or M.E. in Construction Management.
- Must be a pass-out of 2024, 2025 or 2026.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Strong technical fundamentals.
