Job Description
As a Government Tender Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Tender Identification: Discover relevant government tenders that align with company interests.
- Tender Evaluation: Assess and evaluate tenders to determine their suitability for bidding.
- Bid Planning: Develop strategies and plans for submitting successful bids.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare comprehensive proposals for tenders.
- Bid Pricing: Determine competitive pricing for bids.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all required documentation and compliance aspects are met.
- Tender Analysis: Analyze tender documents and requirements for effective bidding.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market trends and opportunities related to government tenders.
Required Skills
- Experience: Proven track record with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Government E-Market Place (GEM) and E-Procurement Portals, and proficiency in both online and offline government tender processes.
- Skills: Ability to update product/service catalogues on GEM, handle various types of bids (Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid, Normal Bid), and coordinate with government officials.
