⇒He should implement HR Tools like KRA, KPI, Appraisal system, and Trainings.

⇒He Should Handle Entire Contract Work Force.

⇒He Should be Responsible for Plant Administration.

⇒Should takes care of Statutory requirements like Factory licence, Pollution, EHS, Contract Agreement.
