Job Responsibilities

He Should takes care of Entire Recruitment.

He should takes care Entire PayR Roll and Wazes 

He should implement HR Tools like KRA, KPI, Appraisal system, and Trainings.

He Should Handle Entire Contract Work Force.

He Should be Responsible for Plant Administration.

Should takes care of Statutory requirements like Factory licence, Pollution, EHS, Contract Agreement.
