PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR REGIONAL OFFICE, AHMEDABAD

Work Experience – 5-6 years

Qualification – UG: B. Tech/B.E.- Civil Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities inclusive of but not limited to

Prepare presentations to update sr. management on the project’s progress

Drafting contractual letters, spreadsheets

Coordinate with engineering and design staff to streamline and standardize project delivery

Liaisoning with internal and external agencies, clients, contractors and consultants

Oversee project progress, provide support/guidance to the support team & ensure completion of existing project

Reconcile monthly operating budgets and share updated financial reports with the sr. management team
