1. Diploma Trainee Engineer – Electrical/Mechanical
(Freshers, 2022, 2023, 2024 pass-outs only)
- Operation and Maintenance Services
2. Shift Engineers (50 Positions)
- BE/Diploma, 2- 5 years of work experience
3. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Engineers
- BE/Diploma, 2-10 years of work experience
4. Area Administration
- Any Graduate
5. Area Finance
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance 2-5 years
6. Area Operations Engineering
- BE/Diploma, 2-10 years of work experience
7. Area Major Break Down
- BE/Diploma, 2-10 years of work experience
Site Quality (4 Positions)
- BE/Diploma, 2-10 years of work experience
Job Description: Fresher – Diploma Shift, Electrical/Mechanical
Candidate screening & selection process will be as follow:
- Academic criteria screening 45% throughout (10th, Diploma aggregate %)
- Electrical/Mechanical Diploma, 2022, 2023 & 2024 pass-out candidates only.
- Candidates preferred for site operations. Age of 18 years complete on the day of selection.
- Job location flexibility: Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations at any of the 8 states where Suzlon operates in India (PAN India basis)
Trainee Engineer Categories & Package:
- DTE Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level)
- CTC 2.00 lakh pa + additionally will get the following benefits (Bachelor shared accommodation, canteen, transport on the site provided by Suzlon. Travel reimbursement, annual increments & incentives as per applicable policy)
- 6 weeks training program (3 weeks classroom training + 3 weeks – OJT (On Job Training)
