1. Property Manager
- Positions: 1
- Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- Preferably with technical background in PM / FM / EM
- Strong administrative and leadership skills
- Total Experience:
- 10–12 Years
- Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 5 Years in gated residential communities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Overall property operations, maintenance, and safety
- Managing housekeeping, security, and technical teams
- Vendor management and preventive maintenance planning
- Complaint resolution, compliance, reporting, and client coordination
- Ensuring resident satisfaction and operational excellence
2. Assistant Property Manager
- Positions: 1
- Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- Preferably technical background in PM / FM / EM
- Total Experience:
- 9–12 Years
- Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 3 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting daily property operations and maintenance
- Supervising housekeeping, security, and technical staff
- Managing preventive maintenance schedules
- Handling resident complaints and compliance reporting
- Leading MEP systems and maintenance programs
3. Manager – MEP

- Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
