Position:- Continuous Process Engineer
Qualification:-
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree – Industrial / Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 + years of work experience as a continuous process engineer.
Job Description:-
- To identify and lead execution of wide range of continuous improvement projects using kaizen and lean approaches.
- To facilitate, execute and manage projects to reduce waste and variation through the use of Learn tools and problem – solving methodologies.
- To work with management to identify new improvement opportunities in the areas of quality,cost performance, and productivity.
- To develop process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
- To develop standard procedure and policies to be followed by the site engineerings.
- To support, coach & lead project teams with the implementation of lean tools, continuous improvement initiatives, new technologies & innovations.
Competencles:-
- Good knowledge of continuous improvement tools and analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills.
- Demonstrates data and detail-oriented behaviour.
- Self-driven and highly self-motivated.
