Shapoorji Pallonji Engineering Procurement and Construction Hiring 2024
Position: Dy. Manager / Manager – Accounts
Experience: minimum of 10-15 years of expertise
Qualification:
- Full Time B. Com/M. Com Degree in Accounts
- PG Diploma in Financial Management
- Relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an EPC or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software i.e SAP and MS Office applications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the project site.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes for the project site.
- Review and process vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients and follow up on collections. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures against the approved budget.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage project cash flows, including forecasting and monitoring. Prepare cash flow statements and monitor cash balances.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
