BIM-Senior Structural Modeler

BIM Structural Modeler, as a part of multi-disciplinary projects teams, Modeler would create 2D drawings and 3D models and shall be responsible for the technical quality of his own work and would focus on compliance with project objectives and quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Will work on detailed drawings for a range of projects to create 2D drawings and 3D models and support, mentor and train other members of the team in accomplishing complex tasks.

Will need to coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for BIM documentation and drafting work in a given project.

Exercises self-discipline and work ethics Liaise with Architecture, MEP and other disciplines Familiar with Programs: REVIT Architecture and REVIT MEP for coordination of models, Navisworks for checking of models.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3-5

years’ Experience in 3D modeling Experience in preparing minimum LOD 300, REVIT Documentations (3D and 2D)

General arrangement drawings, Reinforcement Drawings, and Reinforcement Detailing. Must have experience on international projects.

Experience in Precast and Steel Structures will be an advantage.

BIM Knowledge as per best-industry practice, hands on experience in 3D modeling and scheduling, multi-discipline coordination and documentation

BIM setup for a project and execution. A3 BIM 360 (ACC) working experience.
