Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Purchase
- Department: Purchase
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Education: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Procure solar materials such as PV panels, inverters, and other components from reliable suppliers.
- Vendor Management: Request quotes, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders. | Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Logistics & Inventory: Track and ensure timely delivery of materials for project requirements. | Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate purchase records.
- Cost Optimization: Resolve supply chain issues and optimize procurement costs.
Required Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and Tally.
