Available Positions at Corporate Office
1. VP/AVP/GM/Project Coordinator
- Qualifications: BE (Civil)/Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 15 years in highway project execution, contract administration, team leadership, and coordination with authorities/consultants.
2. VP/AVP/GM – Contracts
- Qualifications: BE (Civil)/Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 10 years in contract management, with knowledge of infrastructure projects, NHAI MORTH, FIDIC, EPC & PPP contracts.
3. VP/AVP/GM/DGM/AGM/Manager – Accounts/Audit/Finance
- Qualifications: CA (Inter) or CA (Final)
- Experience: 10-20 years (CA Inter) or 7-20 years (CA Final) in the infrastructure/construction sector, with skills in project accounting, finalization of balance sheets, and MIS reports. SAP proficiency is a plus.
4. AVP/GM/DGM/AGM/Senior Manager – Designs
- Qualifications: BE (Civil) with post-graduation in Structures/GT/Transportation Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in design and detailed engineering of highways, bridges, and pavements. Coordination with clients and consultants is required.
5. AVP/GM – Purchase
- Qualifications: BE (Mechanical) / MBA
- Experience: 10-25 years in procurement, market study, vendor development, and financial negotiations. SAP knowledge preferred.
6. AVP/GM – HR
- Qualifications: MBA/MSW from a reputed institution
- Experience: 10-25 years in HR functions, including policy formulation, compliance, employee relations, and leadership development.
7. GM/DGM – Insurance
- Qualifications: Postgraduate in a relevant field
- Experience: 15 years in insurance procurement for engineering or construction, with SAP knowledge.
8. GM/DGM/Manager – Store
- Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma in Material Management
- Experience: 15 years of experience in managing inventory in the infrastructure sector. SAP MM & PM module knowledge is required.
