Job Location:
- Anywhere in Uttar Pradesh & Madhya Pradesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to Contract labour, PF, Construction workers, minimum wages, etc.
- Implement and enforce Labour Laws at project sites.
- Manage timekeeping at site, daily labour accounting, and reporting.
- Coordinate payroll functions with the corporate office.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 5-10 years of experience in HR and Industrial Relations, preferably in construction or project sites.
- Strong understanding of compliance and labour laws.
- Proficiency in managing payroll and coordination activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
