1. Manager BD / Industrial Construction
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project lead generation.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry in the western region.
2. Manager Tendering (Industrial Construction)
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the tendering process.
- Expertise in rate analysis and estimation.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
3. Officer – Tendering (Industrial Construction)
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil) / Any Graduate
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tendering documentation.
- Strong presentation skills and soft skills.
- Experience in preparation of pre-qualification documentation.
- Experience in registration with various Government and Non-Government Authorities.
