Lucas India Service Limited, located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, is conducting ITI Campus Placement and Walk-in Interviews for the position of Field Sales Executive.
Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Qualification:
- ITI Passout
- Mechanic Motor Vehicle
- ITI Diesel Mechanic
- ITI Tractor Mechanic / Automobile Trade
- Fresh passouts or those passed out in the last two years from ITI colleges can also be considered.
Experience: Freshers
Age Limit: 18 to 25 Years
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Rs. 13,000/- to 15,000/- (in hand) per month.
- Statutory PF & ESIC

Job Description:
Fresh incumbents will undergo in-house training for 7-10 days at their respective locations and will be in the field after successful training completion. Ongoing training programs will be scheduled every two months for these fresh incumbents to upgrade their skills, knowledge, and productivity.
Job Purpose:
Promotion of Tractor Spare parts in Agricultural dominant areas/rural areas.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generating leads by visiting Markets.
- Marketing & Sales of Tractor Spare Parts in assigned territory.
- Sales promotion: Conducting demonstrations, customer meetings, Nukkad meets, Canopy activities, Mechanic meets, and other promotional activities.
- Identification of Sub-dealers in rural areas dominant in an agricultural background.
- Customer engagement: Engaging mechanics/farmers/retailers through programs such as weekly or monthly meets.
- Travel in the assigned territory to support selling efforts.
Marketing Skills:
Generating demand by creating product awareness through product promotion.
Managing daily field visits/market visits and travel plans in assigned areas.
Planning & execution of sales promotion plans and activities.
Conducting detailed market interrogations, understanding customer needs, and tracking potential customers/dealer points.
Collecting feedback on existing products and competitor information.
Behavioral Skills:
- Decent communication skills including local language skills.
- Desire to learn new technical skills.
- Presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Ambitious and go-getter attitude.
