Experience – 3 to 12

Job Description

Expertise on DFT/Test architectures, integrate DFT infrastructure TAP controller.

• Implement DFT/Test in designs in DFT Synthesis.

Generate test patterns using industrystandard tools, analyze.

Drive the improvements to test coverage, run/debug Gate level DFT simulation.

Static Timing Analysis, Scan/ATPG collaterals with IP providers.

Understanding of STA process, constraints for various DFT modes.
