- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction industry regulations and standards
- Tender Submission Experience: 2-4 years of experience in submitting tenders
- Tender Searching: Proficiency in searching for tenders on various portals
- Tender Submission: Ability to submit tenders both online and offline
- Civil Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with roads, bridges, highways, buildings, etc.
- Bid Submission: Submission of bids, quotations, and follow-ups
- Networking: Dealing and contacting contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
- Portal Knowledge: Understanding of CPP portal and other state tender portals
