Position: HR- Assistant / HR – Deputy / Manager

• Experience: 5 to 10 Years
• Qualification: M.B.A/M.M.S/M.S.W-HR (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Analytical and HR MIS reports.
• Close the MPR from different departments.
• Employee Recruitment for niche profiles.
• Finalize JD.
• Conduct Exit Interviews.

Desired Skills:
Candidates should have good experience in Manpower Budgeting, Preparing Compensation & Benefit Structure, End-to-End Talent Acquisition & HR Operations.
