Job Title – Scrum Master

Job Location – Chennai

Qualification – B.Tech IT/Computer Science/MCA/M.Sc/B.Sc Computer Science

Relevant Work Experience – 7 to 10 Years

Requirements:

Must have good knowledge of Agile Frameworks.

Must have experience in implementing Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile.

Should have experience in facilitating scrum ceremonies and ability to use different facilitation techniques in multi-cultural and globally distributed teams for the successful delivery.

Must have strong Knowledge and experience of teaching, coaching, and mentoring teams on different techniques for them to effectively manage Product / Program Backlog, Release Plan, and Stakeholders.

Must be able to employ lots of creative techniques and tools for conducting retrospectives.

Should coach Development Team to be self-organized.

Having experience in integrating JIRA with CI/CD tools will be an added advantage.

Must be Senior Developer transitioned to a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager.

Should be able to design dashboards and define workflows in JIRA.
