Job Title :- HR BP
Job Location :- Pune
Qualification :- MBA
Relevant Work Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Requirements :-
• Should have 2-5 years of experience in a core HRBP role • Must have hands-on experience in handling Employee Connects, Queries, Stake Holder Management, Performance Management etc.
• Should be able to drive HR Programs and establish HR policies
• Must have hands on experience in Data Analytics and Interpretations
• Should drive metric-driven action for the respective business groups
• Must drive HR Engagement Activities
• It is mandatory to have thorough knowledge of MS office
• Should have a brief understanding of HR Compliance
• Must have work experience in any HRIS tool
