Qualification: B Tech (Civil)/ Diploma (Civil) – Full Time only
GR Infraprojects Limited Requirement 2023
Must have :
•10 – 15 years experience in Drafting of letters / replies / documentation involving contractual and other matters for various road projects under Operation and Maintenance / Defect Liability Period under HAM and EPC in coordination with Site Project Managers / other departments.
• Scrutiny of day-to-day correspondence of projects in O&M / Maintenance Period and ensure the contractual compliances within the timelines provided in the contract / SOPS of CO / Dept.
• Preparation / vetting and defense with respect to Change of Scope items/financial claims to/from the Client during O&M Period
