travel retail organization having stores at
International Arrivals & Departures selling
products like Liquor & Tobacco, Confectionery,
Perfumes, Cosmetics, Electronics,
Watches and Sunglasses.
Position :- AM-SPG
Key Accountabilities :-
1. Support Lead-SPG in development of AOP/ strategic plans based on data analysis and management inputs and ensure its alignment with long-term business goals.
2. Anchor/participate in corporate meetings and follow up for the ATRS closure.
3. Support in preparation of corporate reviews / Management reports to give timely information about the business to management.
4. Anchor and drive the BE Initiatives and Special Improvement Projects across the organization.
Requirements:
- AOP/Strategic Plans
- Strategize and Monitor implementation of Strategic objectives/Initiatives Create SOPs/Process documents & BE initiatives
- Anchor Management Meetings and ensure ATRS closure Prepare corporate reviews Timely MIS reports
Qualification :-
PGDM / MBA from a tier-1 / tier-2 B-schools, with specialization in Strategic Management
Years of experience :- 2+ years of experience in strategy function in mid-sized retail/FMCG company.
Location :- RGIA Airport, Hyderabad.
