- Role Overview: Lead site erection activities, manage client coordination, ensure schedule adherence & supervise team.

2. Erection Engineers / Supervisors
- Education: Diploma / ITI (Mechanical / Structural)
- Experience: 2–4 years
- Role Overview: Execute erection work fronts, supervise manpower, and ensure quality compliance.

3. Planning & Billing Engineer
- Education: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical)
- Experience: 2–4 years
- Role Overview: Prepare detailed erection schedules, monitor progress, handle RA billing & client follow-ups.

- Role Overview: Conduct stage-wise erection inspection, ensure QAP compliance, maintain documentation.
