1. Head Project Ops – Civil
- Experience: More than 25 years
- Location: Hyderabad – Head Office
Qualification & Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 25+ years of experience managing large-scale civil engineering projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
- Expertise in leading and managing high-performing project teams
2. Head Project Ops – MEP
- Experience: More than 25 years
- Location: Hyderabad – Head Office
Qualification & Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
- 25+ years of experience managing large-scale civil engineering projects
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards
- Strong leadership in managing high-performance teams
3. PMO Head
- Experience: 20 – 30 years
- Location: Hyderabad – Head Office
Qualification & Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Post Graduate in Construction Management
- 20+ years of experience in project management
- Proven experience in establishing and leading PMOs in construction or related industries
- Expertise in project management frameworks, processes, and standards
- Familiarity with construction project life cycles
4. Project Coordinators (3 Nos)
- Experience: 7 – 12 years
- Location: Hyderabad – Head Office
Qualification & Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Post Graduate in Construction Management
- 7 – 12 years of experience in construction project coordination or administration
- Familiarity with construction project life cycles
- Experience in supporting project teams, coordinating documents, and tracking progress
5. Planning Managers (2 Nos)
- Experience: 7 – 10 years
- Location: Hyderabad – Head Office
Qualification & Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a Post Graduate qualification from NICMAR
6. Quality Assurance Head
- Experience: 25 – 30 years
- Location: Hyderabad – Head Office
Qualification & Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective QAQC systems and processes in construction. Minimum 10 years of site experience as a QAQC Head is mandatory
- Experience in conducting quality audits, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring
- Familiarity with international quality standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001, AS/NZS)
7. Contracts Managers (2 Nos)
- Experience: 10 – 12 years
- Location: Hyderabad – Head Office
Qualification & Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Law
- Postgraduate degree or certification in Contract Management, Construction Law, or related field is desirable
