QS & Billing
1. Assistant Manager/Sr. Enginee (Client) – QS & Billing: – B.E. / Diploma (Civil) with 4-8 years of experience in Client Billing for Residential/ Commercial projects.
2. Assistant Manager / Sr. Engineer (Subcontractor) – QS & Billing: – B.E. / Diploma (Civil) with 4-8 years of experience in preparation of Sub Contractor Billing for Residential/ Commercial projects.
3. Sr. Engineer/Engineer (BBS) – QS & Billing: – B.E./ Diploma (Civil) with 3-6 years of experience in Bar Bending Schedule for Residential/ Commercial projects.
QA/QC
1. Sr. Manager/Manager – QA/QC: – BE or Diploma (Civil) with 10 to 14 years’ experience in QA/QC for high rise buildings construction projects. Should have expertise in developing contract-specific quality plans, implementing through training and inspection of incoming materials as per quality plan, relevant standards, setting up and monitoring QC lab at site and performing internal audits as per ISO standards.
2. Senior Engineer / Engineer – QA/QC:- B.E. / Diploma (Civil) with 4-8 years of experience in QA/QC of high-rise residential/ commercial buildings and preferably in an ISO Certified organisation. Knowledge of RMC/Concrete technology will be an advantage.
3. Lab Technician – QA/QC:- SSLC pass with minimum 7 years of experience in laboratory test and follow the QA/QC specification. Prospective candidate should have earlier experience in working for residential/ commercial projects.
