1. COMPANY SECRETARY CUM COMPLIANCE OFFICER – (POST-1) MUMBAI

A qualified Company Secretary being a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and preferably a Law Graduate with minimum 3 to 5 Years’ experience in listed company. Should be familiar with Compliance under listing agreements, SEBI regulations and Companies Act 2013.

2. MANAGER (FINANCE) (POST-1)- MUMBAI

MBA (Finance)/CA(Inter) with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in fund raising, dealing with Banks, preparation of Proposals for Working Capital/TL/Project Loan, CMA Working and Accounts.

3. ACCOUNTANTS (POST-4) MUMBAI/THANE B.Com/MBA/CA (inter) with minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in handling project accounts, data entries, knowledge of TDS/GST/Tally, maintaining petty cash.

4. ADMIN OFFICER (POST-3)- MUMBAI/THANE Graduate with minimum 6-8 Years’ experience in construction project administration, ability to deal with local, State and Central Govt. authorities. Good communication and negotiation skill, with fluency in English and Marathi/Short service commission officer below 45 years of age with 6 to 8 years of civil experience in administration.

5. RECEPTIONIST-(POST-2)- MUMBAI/THANE

Graduate with good experience and communication skills &fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi. Computer knowledge willbe preferred.

6. ARCHITECT (LIASONING) & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – (POST-1)- MUMBAI

B. Arch/B.E. with minimum 5 years’ experience in liaisoning with Municipal authorities and should be conversant In Development Control Regulations & NMR with fluency in English and Marathi, having knowledge of AutoCAD.

7. ASST. PURCHASE MANAGER- (POST-2)-THANE/MUMBAI

Graduate preferably with management degree in procuremen with minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in procurement of Building construction materials, and co-ordinate with potential suppliers.

8. SALES MANAGER (REAL ESTATE) SALES EXECUTIVES-(POST-2)-THANE

Graduate with Min. 5-8/3-5 Years’ experience in Sales/marketing of real estate with proven track record having knowledge of Microsoft office, google sheets, good communication & negotiation skills & leadership skills with fluency in English and Marathi.

9. PROJECT MANAGER (BUILDING CONSTRUCTION) -(POST-1)-THANE

BE (Civil) with minimum 10 Years’ experience in Planning, Execution, Co-ordination, Quality implementation of a large building construction project. Experience essentially in mivan shuttering construction. Should be capable of organizing the workforce and have in depth knowledge.

10. SITE ENGINEERS (POST-3)- THANE/MUMBAI

BE (Civil)/Diploma with min. 5 years’ experience in high rise building construction, landscaping, finishing works with Proven ability.

11. CIVIL FOREMAN/SUPERVISORS (POST-3)- THANE/MUMBAI

Diploma with min. 5 years’ experience in high rise building construction.

12. ASST. ENGINEER (MECH) (POST-1)- THANE

Bachelor/Diploma in Mech. Engineering with min 2-5 Yrs experience in maintenance of heavy earth moving equipments, plant & machineries viz. Excavators, Loaders, Transit Mixers, Concrete Batching Plant, Concrete pump etc.

13. QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER (POST-1)-THANE

Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering with min. 5 years’ experience in quality assurance.

14. SAFETY OFFICER (POST-2)- THANE/MUMBAI

Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering with min. 5 years’ experience in high rise building work.

15. TOTAL STATION SURVEYOR (POST-1)-THANE/DAHULI MAVAL DISTRICT

Diploma in surveying with min. 5 years of surveying experience in High rise building using total station & computer proficiency.

16. STORE INCHARGE (POST-3)- THANE Graduate with 5 years exp. in individually handling store inward/ outward, GRN, RGP, NRGP, Materials Issue, etc., in ERP System. Computer knowledge in Windows, MS office (word/excel) is must.
