Open Position
Role: Engineer in Planning & Billing (Quantity Surveying)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 10+ years in managing project costs, preparing bills of quantities, and ensuring accurate billing throughout the project lifecycle, particularly in construction or civil engineering industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities and cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Prepare and verify invoices and payment certificates.
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and project managers.
- Conduct site visits to verify quantities and work progress.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
- Provide support in construction cost estimates and project management.
Additional Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation and project management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
