Open Positions:
1. Team Leader cum Programme Management Expert
Recruitment:
- Bachelor’s in civil engineering with Masters/Post Graduate Diploma/MBA in Construction Management or Project Management.
- PMP/Prince2 certified (Preferred)
- 25 years of experience in managing projects related to Highways, Roads and Bridges
- 12 Years of experience in working as Team Leader in Infrastructure Projects as Project Management Consulting firm
2. Deputy Team Leader cum Planning Expert (Roads & Bridges)
Recruitment:
- Bachelor’s in civil engineering with Masters/Post Graduate Diploma/MBA in Construction Management or Project Management.
- PMP/Prince2 certified (Preferred)
- 20 years of experience in managing projects related to Highways, Roads and Bridges
3. Senior Highway Expert
Recruitment:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering. Post graduate in Highway / Road /Transport Engineering.
- 19 years of professional experience
- 10 years in Planning, project preparation, and design/design review of Highway/road projects, including 2/4/6 laning of NH/SH/ expressways
4. Senior Pavement Design Expert
Recruitment:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering. Post graduate in Highway/Road /Transport Engineering.
- 19 years of professional experience
- 10 years of experience in pavement design as per national/international codes of major Highway projects
5. Senior Structural Design Expert I
Recruitment:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering with Masters in Structural/Bridge Engineering
- 19 years of professional experience
- 12 years of Professional experience in bridge design/design review with modern bridge construction technology viz., Precast Segmental, Bow String Girder, Steel Trusses, Cable Stayed Bridge, Full Span Launching, Incremental Launching.
6. Senior Structural Design Expert II
Recruitment:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering with Masters in Structural/Bridge Engineering
- 19 years of professional experience
- 12 years of Professional experience in bridge design/design review with modern bridge construction technology viz., Precast Segmental, Bow String Girder, Steel Trusses, Cable Stayed Bridge, Full Span Launching, Incremental Launching.
7. Senior Material Engineer (Roads & Bridges
Recruitment:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering.
- 16 years of professional experience.
- Min.10 years of experience in Construction / Construction Supervision of Highway and Bridge projects.
8. Senior Geotechnical Engineer (Roads & Bridges
Recruitment:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering with Post Graduate Degree in Soil Mechanics/ Geotechnical Engineering/Foundation Engineering.
- 16 years of professional experience.
- Experience as Geotechnical Engineer in Design/Construction/ Supervision of at least 2 Highway/Major Bridge projects having road length not less than 50km each/Bridge length of 500m each.
9. Techno-legal Expert
Recruitment:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent with Degree in Law
- 16 years of professional experience
- Must have worked in similar capacity for Contract Management of at least two large Highway/Bridge projects having contract value of more than Rs.150 crore each
