Job Description:-

Tendering:- Expertise in handling contract documents, pricing, tender offers/quotes evaluation, rate analysis & finalization of sub contractor, billing, identifying & discrepancies in work scope, resolution of claims in multi-discipline construction projects for post bid contract.
Project Manager:- Day to day activities management planning and implementation of work as per detailed drawing & employer requirement, technical specifications & as per best industry practices, Reviewing project progress on all aspects,timely submittals, drawings review material/equipment selection and taking necessary actions required for meeting the project schedule.

Qualification:- Diploma in Civil Engineer / B E / B.Tech in Civil

Experience:- 2-4 Years for Tendering / 8-10 Years for Project Manager

Location:- Tendering: Mumbai / Project Manager: Ahemdabad/Banglore/Mumbai
