Qualification	B Tech / M.Tech – Civil
Experience	10 – 18 Years
Job Location	Raipur – Head Office

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Design Planning & Management

Define the scope of the assignment for the specific Sub-function like Structure, Highway and Pavements in collaboration with senior Management.
Review and approve the work plan for the respective team which identify the sequence of activities needs to successfully completed the assignment.
Finalise and approve the estimates and plans for the requirements and optimisation of resources time, manpower etc.fkr the respective assignment.
Review the schedule for the assignment completion and ensure effective allocation of the resources to the determined activities.
Pre-determining the design quality, objectives and measures upon which the design will be evaluated at various stages and it’s completion.
Manage on time Execution and ensure adherence to set design standards by minimising rework.

2. Design Delivery :

Review the design creation progress and identify the underlying development from the standards and schedule.
Ensure that the design deliverables are on time at the required level of quality and safety.
Work with the design director for design optimisation and final approval on design.
