Qualifications & Requirements
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university (for Engineers, Architects, and Surveyors).
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (for Quality Inspectors).
2. Experience:
- Relevant work experience in large-scale construction projects, particularly Villas and Residential Buildings.
- Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia on similar projects.
3. Key Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of villa and residential building construction standards.
- Expertise in quality supervision and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
