• Qualification: Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical) – 2022, 2023, or 2024 pass-outs
• Role: Operation and Maintenance Services

2. Shift Engineers (50 positions)

• Qualification: BE / Diploma (2–5 years of experience)

3. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Engineers

• Qualification: BE / Diploma (2–10 years of experience)

4. Area Administration

• Qualification: Any Graduate

5. Area Finance

• Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / MBA (2–5 years of finance experience)

6. Area Operations Engineering

• Qualification: BE / Diploma (2–10 years of experience)

7. Area Major Breakdown

• Qualification: BE / Diploma (2–10 years of experience)

8. Site Quality (4 positions)

• Qualification: BE / Diploma (2–10 years of experience)

Job Description for Fresher Diploma Trainee Engineers:

• Academic Requirements: 45% throughout academics (10th and Diploma aggregate)
• Eligible Batches: 2022, 2023, and 2024 pass-outs in Electrical/Mechanical
• Age: Minimum 18 years at the time of selection
• Location: Willingness to be posted at remote OMS (Operation and Maintenance Service) site locations across 8 states in India

Trainee Engineer Categories & Package:

• Position: Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level)
• Salary: CTC 2.00 lakh per annum, with additional benefits:
  • Bachelor shared accommodation
  • Canteen facilities
  • Transport via Suzlon vehicles
  • Travel reimbursement, annual increments, and incentives (as per policy)
• Training Program:
  • 6-week training program (3 weeks classroom training + 3 weeks on-the-job training)
