Job Positions:
- QS – Billing & Planning
- Department: Billing and Planning
Qualifications: M.Tech (Civil) / B.E/B.Tech
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Location:
- Regional Office: Belgaum
- Project Sites: Karnataka
Salary: As per Industry Norms
Required Skills:
- Estimating and monitoring costs during design and construction phases
- Preparing bills of materials, quantities, and subcontractor bills
- Reconciliation of quantities and payments to subcontractors
- Balancing project income
- Preparing documentation for client and subcontractor bills, and material purchases
- Client interaction for approval of certified drawings and bills
- Software proficiency in AutoCAD, Road Estimator, Primavera, SAP, MS Office, and project management tools
- Preparation of COS (Cost of Sales), EOT (Extension of Time), and contractual correspondence
