Position Details:
- Role: Planning Manager/In-Charge
- Experience: 15 to 25 Years
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5-10 Years in Elevated or Underground infrastructure projects, especially handling large-scale projects.
- Education: B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the development of planning projects and applications.
- Advising stakeholders on planning policies and regulations.
- Representing and providing counsel at key planning meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with planning regulations.
- Informing and managing budgets related to new developments.
- Offering hands-on advice to management and producing reports for senior staff.
- Managing complex budgets with strong numeracy skills.
- Prioritizing workloads and balancing competing demands.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and exceptional listening skills.
- Providing client-facing support, with the ability to present and communicate effectively to senior management and various stakeholders.
- Demonstrating faultless planning skills, with a deep understanding of the planning consent process.
- Utilizing problem-solving creativity and experience with planning software (Primavera) and data systems.
Desired Skills:
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Proficient in planning software like Primavera.
- Ability to manage complex budgets and workloads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and client-facing skills.
